Nneka Touring U.S. This Fall In Support Of Soul Is Heavy

On the heels of her most recent offering, February’s Soul Is Heavy, Nigerian/German soul ingénue Nneka is slated to perform at intimate venues across the country this Fall. A practitioner of eloquent refrain and brash explosive belting sound, Nneka’s music is heartfelt and political, with an unwavering sense of humanity and pride.

Her inquisitive nature is born from a diverse background, born and raised in Nigeria and moving to Germany study, Nneka harbors an innate desire to make sense of the world around her. While many remain confounded the world and our natural inclinations, Nneka explores themes of love, loss, politics, conflict and more through the songs she writes and performs and offers vocal solace. She’ll take audiences on this journey in person throughout the chilly month of October.
