GM Titanium & Berries
SUMMER HARVEST
Ingredients:
2 oz. GM Titanium
¼ oz. Amontillado sherry
2 strawberries
1 blackberry
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Glass: double old-fashioned
Ice: crushed
Garnish: Mint sprig and fresh berries
Preparation: Muddle berries with simple syrup and add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain over crushed ice into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with mint sprig and fresh berries.
MACHO MANHATTAN
2 oz. GM Titanium
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Glass: rocks glass
Ice: large cube or kold draft
Garnish: wide orange peel
Preparation: Combine all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass, stir thoroughly to chill. Garnish with a wide orange peel.
CALAMANSI SOUR
2 oz. GM Titanium
3/4oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Glass: coupe or martini glass
Garnish: wide lemon peel
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe or small martini glass. Garnish with wide lemon peel
A GRAND OLD TIME
2 oz. GM Titanium
3/4 oz. elderflower liquor
Glass: Coupe or small martini
Garnish: wide lemon peel
Preparation: Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass, stir thoroughly to chill. Garnish with a wide lemon peel.
GM Titanium & Ginger
GINGER SNAP
2 oz. GM Titanium
1/2 oz. lime juice
3 oz. Ginger beer
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Glass: Highball
Ice: Rocks
Garnish: Lime wedge
Preparation: Over ice in highball glass ad Titanium, lime juice and bitters. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wedge.
ON THE ROCKS
GM Titanium on the rocks best pour:
2 oz. over ice, squeeze of wide lemon peel.
