Join us for our monthly installment of yoga at Spot Lite with a very rare ambient set by Claude Young, who is acknowledged globally as one of the most respected producer / DJs to come from the legendary home of Techno; Detroit.

ABOUT CLAUDE YOUNG
The media frequently credits Claude as one of the most exciting and innovative DJs of the last two decades. He has done extensive remix work and produced records for some of the most respected names in the business across all musical genres including Inner City (Kevin Saunderson,) Carl Craig, Jay Denham, 4Hero, Joey Beltram, Gary Numan, The Reese Project, and many more. Young releases his music independently via his website and collaborates with live musicians and visual artists on a regular basis.

Come as you are – class is for experience levels/all bodies/all genders. Please let Giustina know if you have any physical limitations or recent injuries before class begins.

Classes will be held inside with the garage doors open for optimal ventilation.

YOGA MATS
Please bring your own mat if you have one! If you do not have a mat, please email Giustina (hello@giustinaeaston) to make applicable arrangements.

TICKETS

ABOUT GIUSTINA
Giustina (she/they) is a longtime Detroiter, Bodyworker, Educator and Yoga Facilitator who offers embodiment practices for personal inquiry and self-regulation. Giustina has an educational background in trauma-informed care and teaches with the intention of personal and collective liberation.
