Born and raised on Chicago’s south side, Chris Rob has established himself as a renowned keyboard wizard, passionate vocalist, powerful songwriter, and go-to producer for film and television. On his latest album “The Mistletoe Effect”, he shows off his hometown roots by effortlessly fusing R & B vocals and proficient jazz piano riffs with twists of electro funk, soulful hip-hop, and deep house music.This will be Chris Rob’s first live performance in Chicago since his City Winery performance in 2022.

Live band includes; Chris Rob on piano and vocals, Charles “Rick” Heath on drums, Maurice Fitzgerald on bass, and Chris Greene on saxophone.

Resurrection United Methodist Church was the home church of Chris’ mother, the late Rev. Flora G. Robinson where she served as Minister of Music and collaborated with her son for their annual holiday concerts. This concert continues in that tradition. There is a ramp available for wheelchair entry. On street parking is allowed.
