Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms are known to roots music fans across the globe for their soulful harmonies, driving dance tunes, classic original songs, and commitment to the raw truth of rural American music. They live in the San Juan Islands of Washington, though until recently, home was Portland, OR. They are foundational to the exceptional old-time and country music scene in the Pacific NW with the Caleb Klauder Reeb Willms Country Band and their membership in the Foghorn Stringband, of which Caleb was a founding member. Charismatic performers, they bring their unique set of talents to the stage with an eye towards good times and an ear towards the deepest songs and tunes.

A member of Carolina Chocolate Drops and a banjoist and guitarist steeped in the old time blues, ragtime, country music, and gospel of the rural South, Hubby Jenkins is a singular artist with “a passion for reinterpreting traditional American music” (Mother Jones), tracing the African-American experience since the reconstruction.

Born in Ireland, Jackson Lynch moved to New York City’s East Village at a young age. Formerly residing in New Orleans he remains an integral part of the music world there with his band The Janks. Now living in Red Hook, Brooklyn, Jackson Lynch plays solo, with The Janks and with his string band The Down Hill Strugglers.

Together, Karen Celia Heil, Maxine Gerber, and Thomas Angell, as Plaid Strangers create music that is more than the sum of its parts. Steeped in the mysteries and creativity of the old-time genre, their music is of the past yet of the moment, driving and delicate, accurate plus out of control, serious but salty. They play an arresting assortment of tunes and songs that will have you entranced and inspired.
