Culture Code’s ‘Techno Sisters’ return with their tales of House and Techno for a second installment at TV Lounge in Detroit, MI for a Black History Month extravaganza! Taking place on the last day of February, they make a strong return after a short hiatus with an event called “ALL BLACK EVERYTHING.” The party features a stacked line up of all Detroit all black DJ’s and producers who are leading the way in Detroit’s dance music scene. The event will also include a special guest, none other than techno aficionado Mike Dearborn, from sister city Chicago.

The homage to Techno continues into 2025 and strives to preserve and provide the real sounds of Detroit. In the blue room, Grand master Rick Wilhite, graces the decks with founder of Underground & Black, Ash Lauryn and Black Music record label head Deon Jamar.

In the red room things heat up with the acid king Mike Dearborn, track master Scan7, M.A.P. label boss DJ Maaco, aka Detroit in Effect, and Realms of Techno NYC/DET creator AMX.

Traditionally, the line-up reflects a system of mentorship that has been developed in order to connect the past, present and future of Detroit techno. Gathering the different generations under one roof has created a kind of magic that only happens in ‘Techno City.’
