Adept in the worlds of jazz, classical, funk, gospel, rhythm & blues, and rock, Kyle Roussel is a dynamic example of a modern New Orleans musician forging his own path while collaborating with a variety of musical masters. He is a graduate of the NOCCA and UNO schools of music, rooted in the church, and has spent the last several years touring with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Kyle works with New Orleans music legends Irma Thomas, Terence Blanchard, Jon Batiste, and Chief aTunde Adjuah Christian Scott. He released his first solo album “NOLA à la Mode” in March of 2023, showcasing his range of musical influences.
