The Montalbán presents Rooftop Movies at The Montalbán offering cinematic experiences under the stars. The rooftop is outfitted with a bar, concession stand, and freshly prepared food from select vendors, where guests can dine, drink, socialize, play games (Giant Jenga, Connect Four, corn hole & beer pong!) and take part in a raffle to win prizes. The open-air movie theatre features a state-of-the-art projector and a large screen, noise canceling headphones for immersive audio, and fresh-popped popcorn. Merchandise is available to purchase, including blankets for a chilly night! Unwind with happy hour and stunning Hollywood views. An unforgettable movie experience awaits!

The new schedule for Rooftop Movies at The Montalbán now includes Thursdays. The Montalbán has also introduced new weekly themed nights for August and September of 2023. On Thursdays, “International” films will reign supreme, with movies such as Parasite and City Of God. Blade Runner, Fargo, and The Ring are all part of the Friday “Thrillers” line-up. Capping off the weekend on Saturdays are love-focused films for the “Hopelessly Devoted,” including The Wedding Singer, Her, and Before Sunrise.

Single Seat includes entry for 1 person with headset rental & complimentary popcorn.
Love Seat includes entry for 2 people with headset rental, unlimited popcorn & 2 complimentary glasses of champagne.
Seating is first come, first served.
Hours: Doors open at 6pm; film screenings begin at approx. 8:20 pm. Happy hour is from 6pm to 7pm.
Duration: 4–5 hours, depending on film duration.
Age requirement: 14+. Please note that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Accessibility: Access to the 4th-floor rooftop is via an outside staircase ONLY. There is no ADA-compliant access (yet) since this 90+-year-old venue does not have an elevator at this time.
