Arkestra Bembe is a vibrant, nine-piece ensemble of jazz virtuosos, representing a fusion of multi-gender, multi-racial, and multi-generational talents. Their original compositions draw from the rhythms of Africa, Spain, the Caribbean, and New York, combining modern technology and audience participation to tell captivating stories through music. At Dizzy’s Club, they will pay tribute to their friend and mentor, legendary NEA Jazz Master drummer Jabali Billy Hart, who will make a guest appearance, honoring his profound influence on the group.
