Supafrik, DJ Revy B and the Afrotropolis Arts Collective in partnership with the Phoenix Concert Theatre are proud to present She Be Lady celebrating International Women’s Day with a Live Music Concert. This year we have a trailblazer in the house. MC Lyte will be featured at this year’s She Be Lady!

Lyte is a woman of many firsts:

The first female rapper to be nominated for a Grammy.

First rapper to perform at Carnegie Hall.

The first female rapper to achieve a gold single.

MC Lyte will be gracing the SBL stage for the first time alongside UK soulstress Shae Universe, Toronto rising star Shantel May, R&B/Afro sensation Sewa and more!

The concert is a 19+ event.
