Solid Harmony is the family band founded by New Orleans late, great vocal legend Topsy Chapman shortly after her rise to notoriety with her starring role in the hit Off-Broadway musical, “One Mo’ Time” in the 1980s. Topsy and her singing daughters, Yolanda & Kiki, swiftly became staples among the jazz, blues and soul circuits, singing with some of the top musicians in New Orleans over the past 30 years.

Born and raised in New Orleans’ Seventh Ward, Thais Clark is a high-energy vocalist with a deep-rooted passion for the bawdy numbers popularized by blues legends Ma Rainy and Bessie Smith. Regarded as a New Orleans legend, this dynamic singer-dancer can present each song like no one else. She has more than 30 years of experience performing for audiences around the world including her performance in the 1979 hit Off-Broadway musical, “One Mo’ Time,” alongside the late great, Topsy Chapman.
