The Business of Music Symposium, presented by the Music Business/Management Department, spotlights the business side of some of the most popular and influential genres of music in the world. This year, we are proud to announce that the symposium will celebrate the global phenomenon that is Latin Music, with executives and artists from Miami-based RichMusic.

MB/M Chair and retired entertainment attorney Professor Tonya Butler, will be joined by the RichMusic’s CEO Josh Mendez, the label’s Head of A&R and Berklee Alum Andres Arenas, and Puerto Rican Latin GRAMMY® winning singer-songwriter paopao, whose musical style is described as a mix of reggaeton and alternative pop. paopao will provide the icing on the cake by performing live after the interview.
