[26]AZZ-IS REBEL.JAZZ.FEST returns to Venice Beach for its five-year anniversary, celebrating jazz as a living, evolving culture.

This free, family-friendly festival brings together some of Los Angeles’ most adventurous musicians, DJs, composers, and improvisers for a day of live music, dancing, creative discovery, and community at the historic Venice Recreation Center.

Rather than focusing on traditional headliners, REBEL.JAZZ.FEST champions discovery, presenting established and emerging artists across multiple stages with sounds spanning contemporary jazz, spiritual jazz, broken beat, soul, funk, electronic music, global rhythms, and the spaces in between.

Rooted in Venice and inspired by Los Angeles’ extraordinary creative communities, REBEL.JAZZ.FEST is a people’s party for art, culture, music, movement, life, and style.
