The Apollo presents the return of vocal powerhouse, Stout, for the opening weekend of Apollo Music Café. Known for her high-octane vocals, mastery of prose, and enthralling stage presence, the enchanting songstress and her spectacular band opens the cafe season with a performance not to be missed.

Stout is an artist, activist, and mother with one of the most riveting voices today in the industry. The multi-hyphenate artist is a prolific vocalist, songwriter, and producer that has toured all over the world performing and coaching others on the art of singing. As a self-taught savant, Stout attributes her gift to a background of growing up in the church and having a true love for music.

The Apollo Music Café series has served as a launching pad for numerous artists for 11 years, showcasing their unique artistry in an intimate nightclub setting. The series features diverse performances across a myriad of genres (R&B, hip hop, soul, jazz, pop, funk, and rock), and showcases artists drawn from the independent music scene who are making their mark in the industry.

Doors open at 9pm; Showtime is 10pm.
