About GarifunaRobics:

GarifunaRobics was founded in March of 2018 by Arnol Guity Martinez, with the objective to promote fitness and wellness through the Garifuna Culture. This class is a full-body cardio workout that makes you dance and sweat! All the music in this class is different genres of Garifuna music, composed by Garifuna Artists from either Honduras, Guatemala, or Belize.
