Masterclass Detroit will convene Detroit’s creative ecosystem for an inspiring day of learning, storytelling, and professional development. The program will connect established industry leaders with the next generation of filmmakers, storytellers, producers, and creative professionals, creating opportunities for meaningful knowledge-sharing and industry access.

Through candid conversations, real-world experiences, and practical insights, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate the creative industries, develop their craft, build meaningful networks, and create sustainable, enduring careers. The Masterclass will also celebrate Detroit’s rich creative legacy while helping equip the city’s emerging talent to shape the future of film, storytelling, and creativity.

This event is part of the Detroit Creative Futures Program, a multi-part creative business support collaboration between ProsperUs and Design Core Detroit, funded by the Gilbert Family Foundation.
