The Montalbán presents Rooftop Movies at The Montalbán offering cinematic experiences under the stars. The rooftop—renamed Anita’s Oasis in 2022 in a dedication to Ricardo Montalbán’s daughter and the venue’s CEO—is outfitted with a bar, concession stand, and freshly prepared food from select vendors, where guests can dine, drink, socialize, and play games. The open-air movie theatre features a large projection screen state-of-the-art projector, noise cancelling headphones, and fresh-popped popcorn. Merchandise is available to purchase, including blankets for a chilly night!

The Montalbán curates films from all eras from classics to select current releases, premieres, and exclusive presentations with cast and crew when possible. Upcoming programming for the 2023 season includes 1980’s favs The Princess Bride and The Goonies; Hollywood classics like Some Like It Hot and Vertigo; and fan favorites Mean Girls, Clueless, and Top Gun. Doors open at 6:00pm, movie begins just after sunset.
