In 2019 the Collective celebrated the 50th Anniversary of two of the essential albums in popular music, Sly and Family Stone’s Stand! and Miles Davis’ In a Silent Way. For this performance, the group revisits this groundbreaking project featuring tenor saxophonist David Sánchez, trumpeter Etienne Charles, vibraphonist Warren Wolf, guitarist Adam Rogers, pianist Edward Simon, bassist Matt Brewer, drummer Obed Calvaire, and vocalist Martin Luther McCoy.
