SummerStage 2025 Is Here!

Fusicology is proud to once again support Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage, New York City’s iconic outdoor performing arts festival. Returning for its 39th season, the festival will present over 70 free and benefit shows across Central Park and neighborhood parks throughout all five boroughs. This year’s lineup honors global sounds, cultural legacy, and community spirit.

The season opens on June 4 in Central Park with a free concert featuring Marcus Miller, Tank and the Bangas, and The Soul Rebels, in association with Blue Note Jazz Festival.

SummerStage 2025 includes performances from The Roots, Femi Kuti & The Positive Force with dead prez, and a Celia Cruz Centennial Celebration. Additional programming includes King Britt’s Blacktronika Festival, the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival, DJ Rekha’s Basement Bhangra Beyond, Big Freedia, Rakim, Bob Sinclar, Jessica Pratt, Awich, and a special presentation of Morgan Freeman’s Symphonic Blues.

SummerStage continues its mission to amplify underrepresented voices and celebrate the diversity that defines New York City. The 2025 season continues to spotlight BIPOC and women-identifying artists, while providing access to world-class performances for all.
