It’s amazingly funny how time flies. Last year at this time, I was sad, scared & stuck after having the rug pulled out from under me. I had lost all sources of income. My sister-friend Mel suggest we do a virtual birthday party for her. It was for fun & to help raise some funds for me as well. That is how House in the House came to be. I have presented a virtual party every Friday evening for one year!

That said, some truly great things have come from this little forgetful Friday, with the most important being a group of people who are now FRIENDS. We have supported one another through all this. We’ve shared joy, fears, sooo many laughs, a few tears & much more. For that, I am truly grateful!

This Friday, we once again celebrate my dear friend with a couple of her favorite DJs Julian Chan-Bevan & Greg Gray! I want to say thank you Melanie for being you & pushing me to start this event when I could barely move. I love you dearly & can’t wait to see & celebrate YOU.
