Our second World Club DJ party features acclaimed Brazilian music producer and DJ Béco Dranoff. Internationally renowned for his production work with the indie label Crammed Discs, with David Byrne’s Luaka Bop imprint, and with the Red Hot Organization’s Red Hot + Rio compilation series, Dranoff has DJ’d special events at the Museum of Modern Art, SxSW, Cielo and Abu Dhabi’s Culture Summit. With over 30 years of music experience, Dranoff will bring a varied selection of Brazilian gems, both old and new, for a set that incorporates classic and contemporary Brazilian samba, boogie, and current electronic beats side-by-side with African and Caribbean flavors.
