As you also know, February is when Valentine’s Day & Presidents’ Day is celebrated, but for us personally, we like to call February, “Dilla Month”, in honor of our brother, the late great J-Dilla.  We will be posting things related all this week since it’s Dilla’s Birthday on Feb 7th (Dilla would’ve been 38 years old this Tuesday) & Dilla’s 5th anniversary of his passing on Feb. 10th.  The Beat Junkies have close personal ties to Dilla, especially J.Rocc & myself.  We posted Dilla-related stuff that you may or may not have heard or seen; something to remember & celebrate the life & music of the one and only James Dewitt Yancey aka J-DILLA….We miss you Dilla!!

Released in March, 2006: A dedication to the late J Dilla, mixed by J.Rocc on February 13, 2006. J.Rocc planned this as a three part series. It became four, mixed and released via Stones Throw Podcast over the course of three years.
