This month’s CAN I KICK IT? movie event at Songbyrd Music House is going to be a special one. On Wednesday, May 27 they will present a 40-year anniversary screening of the 1986 animated sci-fi film Transformers: The Movie (based on the classic Transformers television series). DJ 2-Tone Jones will be providing a mix of hip hop and more to score the film live, scene-by-scene.

Doors open at 7p and the film will kick off at 7:30p. Food and drink specials will be available, plus the 37 Dragons pop-up shop will be on hand with apparel items and more.

About Transformers: The Movie
The heroic Autobots must stop a colossal planet-consuming robot who goes after the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. At the same time, they must defend themselves against an all-out attack from the Decepticons.
