After two sets by the Sun Ra Arkestra under the direction of Marshall Allen – the longest-serving member and living guardian of Sun Ra’s cosmic vision Chez Damier takes the floor from midnight till late.

A conduit of house music’s deepest frequencies, Chez Damier is a bridge between the spiritual and the soulful, the underground and the eternal. As one half of alongside Ben Vedren, he is a featured producer on When There Is No Sun – Omni Sound’s global recording project reimagining the universe of Sun Ra through electronic music, curated by Ricardo Villalobos.

On the album, Chez Damier transforms dancefloor communion into something both devotional and kinetic. On this night, he carries that energy live – extending the Arkestra’s cosmic frequencies into the body, translating spirit into groove and groove into empathy.
