Curated by celebrated bassist Alexander Claffy, LIVING SPACE brings the Coltrane centennial home to South Philly with a conversation and a concert.

The Panel · 12:30 PM
Legendary musicians who knew and played with John Coltrane sit down with a rising generation of New York players who’ve made themselves scholars of his music. Come hear firsthand stories and fresh perspective, in the same room.

The Concert · 3:00 PM
Some of those same young voices take the stage to pay tribute to their hero. Expect contemporary jazz shaped by Coltrane’s spirit and played with devotion.
